It was a quick and efficient interview process, a really positive experience overall because they didn't waste my time. I spoke with the CEO and the Chief Estimator, and we had a really productive conversation covering the job responsibilities, my background, and what they're looking for.

The interview process started with a quick ten-minute in-person chat with Thomas Banks. Then, there was a second round over the phone with him. Finally, I had a panel interview with Thomas Banks, Tony Jones, and Chris Shnively. It felt like they just needed someone to fill the spot.
