Behavioral Presentation

This was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had. It took about two weeks total, with four rounds and an in-person mock presentation. Everyone from the recruiter to the AVP was really positive and it seemed like a great culture.

I went through the whole interview process and got good feedback throughout. They told me I would be a great fit and were excited for me to join. Then they gave me an offer. When I tried to negotiate, they said my request made me a bad fit and took the offer back. They also mentioned I wasn't the first person this happened to. Given how they handle self-advocacy, I wouldn't recommend this process. You'll be blindsided.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through two rounds of interviews for this company. The first interview was tough, but doable if you were prepared. The interviewer was respectful and professional, which was good. The second interview, however, was not professional at all. I was told beforehand that the interviewer would try to 'disrupt' me to test my coachability. I felt like I answered the questions well, but the interviewer was really focused on how I spoke and my mannerisms. They told me I wasn't moving on to a third round just because I couldn't stop certain verbal habits. I thought that was ridiculous and outdated. The whole experience felt demeaning and unfair. I hope they rethink how they evaluate candidates and focus more on skills and fit. Judging someone's coachability by speech quirks seems like a bad idea. I'm glad it happened though, because it showed me this probably wasn't the right place for me.

Behavioral Technical

After a 30-minute initial chat with a recruiter that went well, I was scheduled for another 30-minute interview the next day. During that second interview, the interviewer appeared very unprofessional, being on their couch in casual clothes, and seemed to be in a noisy environment. They immediately started asking about the role and cut me off mid-answer to criticize my camera angle and setup, stating it wouldn't be acceptable. This interaction made the rest of the interview uncomfortable. They gave very brief answers to my five questions, and when I asked if they had any reservations about me, they concluded it wasn't a good fit. The entire second interview lasted only 11 minutes.
