The interview experience was pretty disappointing and lacked professionalism. I interviewed for a Data Analyst position and was really interested and prepared. However, one interviewer was on their phone most of the time, and another was distracted by another screen during the whole interview. Even though they said my analytical skills were good, they said I wouldn't move forward because I had 'limited knowledge of the company.' But they didn't really have an engaging discussion about the business. The whole thing felt rushed and unprofessional. Candidates should definitely prepare, but be warned the interview might not be as professional as expected for these kinds of roles.

The hiring process involved submitting an application, followed by a video interview. After that, there was a challenging psychometric test administered by Thrive, which had 5 sections with roughly 25 questions each. It seemed like the timer would run out before finishing.

Behavioral Technical Other

So you apply on the website and there are two questions, salary expectations, and DEI etc. to answer. Then there's a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview at LHR HQ with the hiring manager and someone from HR/Recruitment. They ask a bunch of questions and you might have to do a small exercise on a specific question. After that, they say they'll be in touch, but then you wait weeks and get a generic rejection email. I've applied for other similar roles since and can't get past the website application stage. It seems like salary expectations and lack of feedback are the main issues. The salary bands on job descriptions aren't clear, wasting applicants' time. This whole experience has put me off applying again.

Applied online and after a phone interview, I got invited to an assessment day. It was a long day, 9 AM to 5 PM. After checking in, I got my schedule. I had 4 hours free between tests and interviews. First, a 20-minute multiple-choice numerical test with 48 calculations. The woman said we weren't expected to finish. Second, a logical test. After lunch, a 20-minute Excel test where I had to enter data, calculate totals and percentages, create graphics, and prepare a presentation with recommendations for management based on the data.
