The hiring process was pretty chill. I spoke directly with the manager who asked me some initial questions about how I found out about the job and my interest in Japanese culture.

Travel Agent
I had a Skype interview. They needed someone who could speak both Japanese and English. The interviewer asked me some general questions, talked about the company culture, and asked if I felt I could do the job. I got the job offer about a week later, and the whole process took about a month.
- What's your expected tenure with our company?
- What is your motivation for joining IACE?
Travel Specialist
After submitting my resume, I got a call to schedule an interview at their office the next day. I interviewed with a Japanese general manager. He started by giving an overview of the organization, which helped me understand the company's functions. The interview lasted about 40-50 minutes. He asked me questions about my previous work experience and my college program, including what I learned and the skills I gained. He also asked basic questions like why I chose the company and what I hoped to improve through the job.
- What do you believe is the most crucial aspect of teamwork?
