The interview went poorly. The lady asked if I could come to the Montreal office twice a week. I said the ad said 100% remote. She then said that wasn't the case and I'd need to go to the office twice. She also said that to get selected by the manager, you need to be comfortable in English and French because many people are interested in the role. I said that doesn't work for me. The lady was very rude and insulted my intelligence.

I was asked to review the offer I received, and they told me they'd get back to me the next day with a counter-offer. Two weeks later, even after following up by email and phone, I still hadn't heard back. After 2 weeks, I finally got HR on the line, and they told me they had chosen another candidate. I waited 2 weeks for a counter-offer, which was promised the next day, but no response, and in the end, they told me I wasn't selected. I find this process disrespectful and a clear lack of professional integrity.
