Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

I went through three interviews. First up was a standard HR chat that touched on political views. Then, I had a technical interview covering basic database concepts like foreign keys, insert statements, and indexes. After that, they flew me out for an onsite interview, putting me up in a nice hotel. The next day involved a SQL test and a table normalization exercise. The final step was a meeting with the CEO, which was also an HR-type interview.

Technical Behavioral Coding

The interview included SQL, Python, and behavioral questions. There were 3 rounds: an HR call, a Technical round 1, and an on-site technical and behavioral interview in Arlington, VA. The on-site felt like a bit of a time waste, especially for an immigrant on a tight job search schedule. The HR person gave feedback on the process, which was helpful. The team seems friendly and supportive if you get stuck.
