It was a straightforward process. They asked about 3-5 personality questions and then went over 3 scenarios. There were 3 interview rounds total. They really focused on my management style and experience. It seemed like a good company, but I wasn't keen on the amount of travel required.

This was a total waste of my time and resources. I went through two rounds. They had me write an app and code to show I understood their product, on top of the code I already had and my education. The second interview was supposed to be the technical part, but they didn't ask a single technical question. One interviewer kept cutting me off and dismissed my education and experience. The manager said he wanted to offer me a position, but they were 'waiting on government funds' and it could be 'any day'. Weeks later, HR told me they chose another candidate. They really strung me along. Beware if they ask you to write them apps or do extra 'research' during the interview.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process involved 3 interviews total, all happening within about a 2 week span. It felt like a lot of interviews at first, but I figured that meant they really wanted to get the right person for the job. Everyone I talked to was super nice and it seemed like a really good place to work. They did offer me the job, but the starting pay was way less than another offer I got, so I didn't take it. If the pay wasn't so much lower (like $14k/year less), I would have totally accepted.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was quite lengthy, involving numerous in-person interviews and concluding with a casual lunch or coffee meeting. It could span several months. While they asked many questions, they also dedicated time to ensure you understood the company. They seemed to evaluate your attire and would even inquire with anyone working for them who may have previously worked with you. Overall, it's a good process to determine mutual fit and expectations.
