So the whole process is like you submit an application, then there's a screening, then interviews which can be over the phone or in person, then there's some skills tests, and reference checks, and then they decide if you're a good fit.

The interview process involved at least 5 calls. The calls were easy and conversational, focusing on customer service aspects like maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal departments for issue resolution, educating customers on phone features, and staying updated on industry trends.

The process started with a recruiter call. I was asked what makes me the ideal candidate for the Finance & Admin Trainee position, given my strong academic background in mathematics and economics. This background provides a solid foundation in analytical thinking and quantitative skills. My coursework covered financial principles, data analysis, and economic theory, which helps me make informed decisions and contribute to financial planning and administration. I can also synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly, making me a good fit to support the team's goals and learn in a dynamic environment.

It was pretty standard. First I filled out an application, then I got a call back, and after that I went in to chat with the manager. We talked about my past work stuff and places I've worked before. Not much else.
