Debt Collector
So after you apply, they usually get back to you pretty quickly, like in a day or two. The interview itself was with a friendly person and it went pretty well, not as scary as I thought it would be. They actually let me know right then and there if I got the job or not.
- Can you share more about your background?
Debt Collector
It was a one on one interview and it was quick and painless. They're only weeding out the absolute worst people because they are desperate to hire almost anybody. If you go in and are decently dressed, drug-free, and can put sentences together coherently, they'll offer you a job.
- How do you handle pressure?
- Tell me about your managerial experience.
Consumer Financial Representative
The interview process was really easy. The HR team reached out and we scheduled a phone interview. Once I got there, my interviewer was ready for me. She was nice, energetic, and said great things about the company. The interview felt more like a chat, and she made me feel really comfortable!
- Why were you interested in the Consumer Financial Representative role?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and then emailed HR to set up my interview. The HR person got back to me with a time, and I accepted to set up my interview with the manager. The questions were pretty tough for me, and that's why they didn't hire me in the end.
- What makes you want to join IC System?
