First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hyundai Motor India.
Graduate Engineering Trainee
The first round was a gamified test, followed by an aptitude test. Then, there was a round where I had 30 minutes to prepare a 3-5 minute presentation. After that, there was an HR interview and then a tech interview, which was quite difficult.
- Were you asked about your core knowledge?
Project Intern
It was easy. I had to be present at the location by 7 in the morning. Waited for 2 hours before I got the chance to go in for the interview. Basic Electronics based questions were asked, then we discussed about my resume and projects. That's it.
- Tell me about yourself.
Territory Manager
It was average, prepare behavioural questions well and can do a good job. Need to prepare a little about the technical aspects as well as they might ask that. There was a group round, followed by a presentation round, followed by a 2 interview stages. Placement from Undergrad.
- Can you describe how you see yourself fitting into this role?
- Tell me about your experience in sales and marketing.
- What is your knowledge of Automotive technology?
Project Trainee
So first, they looked at my resume, then there was an aptitude test, then a technical interview, HR round, and finally a discussion with the manager. They really want to see if you can communicate well, solve problems, and know your stuff about the field, especially how gear and engine operations work.
- Can you describe the functions of a gear?
- Could you explain how an engine works?
