I met with a woman in a cafe for an interview. The questions weren't too difficult, pretty standard stuff for an interview. She was looking for sales experience and confidence, which I didn't really have back then. Overall, it was okay, but she could have been a bit more friendly.

The first step involved an initial description of my experience, and the second step was a conversation with my future boss where they gave a broader description and asked additional questions.
