First, there was a pre-placement talk where we had to research the company's history, its Indian plants, and its products. Then, we had a group discussion, which was more like a debate on topics like 'Is India ready for EVs?', 'Online education: boon or bane?', and 'Cashless India'. We had to prepare pros and cons for these. After that, we had to give a presentation about ourselves, our SWOT analysis, and why Hyundai should hire us, with a maximum of 5 slides and a 5-minute duration. This was followed by a technical HR round and then a final HR round where they asked about family background and our professional career path.
- Can you explain the silicon crisis?
- Could you elaborate on the projects and innovations you've been involved in?
- What can you tell us about your favorite subject?
