First I had an interview with their recruitment agent then I was contacted to send them my wotk permit to make sure I am elligable. Then contacted again to schedule an interview with controller and chief financial officer. I didn’t like them AT ALL. I was so offended that when I got home I immediately sent a message to the agent and said that I wouldn’t want any further communication from them and won’t be working there in any situation.

The interview took place at a very nice, modern manufacturing plant that uses EVs and automation. However, I didn't feel comfortable with the finance boss, and the team morale didn't seem good. It looks like they are constantly hiring for this position.

I applied at the HYUNDAI COMMONWEALTH job fair on November 21, 2017. Two days later, my friend and I took a long exam with no time limit, covering numerical, verbal, abstract, logic, and accounting topics. After the exam, there was an initial interview where they advised to be yourself and answer honestly. If selected, you proceed to the final interview. I had a total of 3 interviews, all with nice and approachable interviewers. Although they didn't have a vacant Accounting Assistant role, they offered me an invoicing position. I declined due to travel time and a salary of around 13,000, working Monday-Saturday. Out of ten applicants, only two, including me, made it to the final interview.
