First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HYTORC.
Electrical Engineer
The HR folks were nice and professional. First, they did a phone call, then they had me come in for an interview. We chatted in a conference room for about an hour and then they showed me around the place.
- Can you describe a difficult situation you encountered in your past work?
- Tell me about a professional challenge you've overcome.
Field Maintenance Engineer
It started with an introduction and then some basic questions about my previous experience. After that, the interviewer asked some questions about the company and its field related to the job. It took almost 5 minutes.
- What were your responsibilities during your internship?
Customer Service Representative
The process was really good. I wish I could have joined the company, but I guess there were better candidates. The recruiting team was on point, responsive and flexible. Given the current state of things, I was able to interview in person, which was great. I got to see the office and environment.
- What are some typical interview questions you've encountered?
Payroll Specialist
I interviewed with three people in their conference room about the payroll specialist job and was asked several questions. I felt I answered them openly and honestly. They said I would get a call back, but I never did.
- What changes would you make to payroll procedures at your current company?
