IT Support Specialist
The interview process involved four stages. First, I spoke with a Recruitment Specialist, then with the IT manager, followed by two interviews with different VPs. The process was quick, and the recruiter was very responsive throughout. However, after completing all four interviews, I was ghosted, which felt unfair given the time invested. It's important to prepare questions for them, as I suspect not having enough questions for the final interview might have been why I wasn't selected, even though I had asked many questions in the previous three interviews.

Marketing Coordinator
I went through a 6-round interview process where they initially loved me and gave me a verbal offer. However, they then claimed budget constraints for the quarter and promised to reach out next quarter. When next quarter arrived, they vanished. They resurfaced about 6 months later expressing interest in me for a different role, which I considered. To my surprise, they sent a job description that was completely inaccurate and then proceeded to interview me for a position that paid $30K less, calling it an 'oversight.' This entire experience highlights a serious lack of respect for candidates and the interview process. While the company might be a decent place to work, I will absolutely not engage with them again. This has been the most negative job search experience I've ever had.
- Can you tell me about your experience with different CRM systems?
Community Manager
Got an initial decline email after applying, but responded to it to clarify my experience. This led to an interview invitation and I went through the full 6-interview loop. I was asked about my status with other companies and mentioned I had an offer, needing to know Hyperproof's decision timeline. They said they were finishing with another candidate and would let me know in a day, but then ghosted me for two days. At that point, I figured they weren't hiring me. I eventually received a generic rejection email, which included a link for a feedback call scheduled 7 weeks out – seems pointless after a full interview day. They clearly lack experience in handling candidate offboarding, especially after initial misjudging my qualifications. Everyone was nice, and the questions were mostly standard, but the candidate experience, particularly the rejection, was poorly handled. Their stated commitment to candidate experience in their voicemail contrasts with their actions.
- Can you share an experience of dealing with a challenging customer?
Customer Success Manager
I went through 3 interviews, each about 45 mins long. It was super conversational and they asked some skills-based questions. It all happened over two weeks. First, I talked to a recruiter who gave me the lowdown on the role and company. Then, I chatted with the hiring manager and the VP of CS. Everyone was really nice and seemed to really think about things. I got to ask my own questions and could always hit up the recruiter if I needed anything.
