Behavioral Presentation

They started with a standard phone screening, then I had to do a 30-minute video self-interview. They gave me a bunch of questions and I had to record myself answering them. After I spent my own time doing that video part, I heard nothing back. Not even a rejection email. It felt rude to waste my time like that.

The interview process was great and totally fair. After I applied, they reached out for a preliminary phone interview to check my skills and interest in the job. Then, I had a second interview at their office. All the interviewers were super nice, professional, and helpful. The interview focused on discussing the company's vision and strategy, and what kind of person they were looking for. They gave me a good vibe about the workplace right away and made me feel more comfortable sharing my past work and skills. Communication with the HR rep was excellent; she followed up after every stage and kept me informed about what was coming next. They really put in the effort to make the process as smooth as possible.

Behavioral Technical

I sent in my application online and then HR got in touch pretty quickly. The first call was just with HR and it was a standard phone screen. The next one included the VP of Ops. too and that phone interview was really enjoyable and interesting. For the in-person part, it felt like I'd known everyone I interviewed with for a while, which was nice. It wasn't like a typical interrogation; they were more interested in who I am and what makes me tick. I had other offers at the time, but I chose Hyperikon because of who my manager would be and the team I'd be working with. I could tell from my second day that this company cares just as much about my personal growth as it does about its own growth. If you're looking for mentoring and personal development, I'd highly recommend this place. Lots of companies say they value their employees, but it's tough to find one that actually makes you feel valued. Hyperikon is one of the ones that shows it week in and week out.

First, HR reached out to schedule a phone call with the Marketing Manager. It was a really insightful interview process, focused on building a connection and getting to know me as a person. The second round was an in-person, on-site interview, which included a quick office tour. The questions asked were very relevant to the job and its responsibilities, and also touched on cultural fit.
