International Business Development
So the first in-person interview is usually just you and the hiring manager talking one-on-one. They'll ask you stuff about your background and what you can do, your past jobs, when you can start, and basically what they're looking for in the best person for the role.
- Could you outline your previous work experiences?
Graphic Designer
Found the job on Craigslist. It was a short interview, and they didn't ask much about my skills or past work. It seems like they post jobs on Craigslist to find people, and then they just get rid of most of them. They use the unemployment situation to pick the best candidates and then discard the rest. There wasn't much talking on the phone; everything was done through emails online.

Inventory Specialist
I interviewed with 3-4 people. We spent about 2-3 hours discussing my experience and skills. We also talked about some other stuff that wasn't really related to the job. After that, I got a tour of the facility and each department, and I met the staff right away.

Graphic Designer
The interview process at Hypercel is pretty thorough and really tests your design skills. You'll have a tough time if you're not competent or don't know Illustrator and Photoshop well.
- What's your experience with photo booths?
- Have you worked with dielines and packaging before?
- Have you used Indesign?
