The hiring process has three key parts. First, your resume gets checked to see if you have the right background and experience. Then, there's a quick call to see how you communicate and if you seem like a good fit. Lastly, if you make it through, you'll meet with the hiring managers to talk about your skills, how you'd fit into the team, and if you're right for the job.

Behavioral Technical Case

First, they'll check your CV to see if your education, work experience, and skills are a good fit. If they like what they see, they'll reach out to set up an interview. Round 1 is the HR interview, where they want to get a feel for your personality, how well you communicate, and if you're basically a good fit. They'll ask stuff like introducing yourself, why you're interested in Hyosung, what you know about the company and its products, your strengths and weaknesses, your career plans, and what salary you're looking for. Round 2 is the Technical / Department Interview. This is where they dive into your professional knowledge and practical experience. For a Production Engineer role, for example, they'd want you to explain your current job and duties. Then, they'll hit you with technical questions about the production process, quality control, how to operate and fix machines, and continuous improvement stuff (like 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Lean). They might also throw in some situation-based questions, like how you've dealt with a production problem or how you manage under pressure, with overtime, or when things are urgent.
