First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hydro.
Engenheiro Florestal
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Procurement Manager
A head-hunter reached out about a job at Hydro. I chatted with their HR manager, then I updated my CV and did three tests: a behavioral one, a logical one, and a math one. I followed up with the company to see how my application was going.
- I don't recall any questions outside the usual ones.
Engineer
Standard interview procedure and questions, nothing special. You'll be asked to present yourself by resuming your CV. They'll ask about your strengths, your ability to work in a group, and why you chose this company. They'll also ask about your salary expectations. The company will then be presented, detailing work flows and so on.
- What are your strengths?
- Can you work in a group?
Security Manager
The entire interview process felt smooth, professional, and well-structured. The HR representative was both professional and kind, making sure I received the right information at the right time. The subject matter expert I spoke with was also a genuinely nice and polite individual. They seemed to really focus on making sure we were a good mutual fit, so they avoided generic interview questions.
- They presented a case study and asked for my approach and reasoning, noting there wasn't one single correct answer.
