Behavioral Technical

The interview was quick and professional. They really focused on situational and behavioral questions. It was good because you got a clear idea of what they expected, they checked your problem-solving skills, and you got to talk about real stuff you've done that fits the job.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was very well organised. There were 3 rounds with good questions. They explained the role and I met all the key decision makers. I think more of an outline of targets and how the team is performing would have been useful.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process felt really professional and organized, and they were super supportive. It kicked off with a quick call to chat about my background and why I was interested in the job. Then, I had a chat with the hiring manager that really focused on my sales experience, whether I knew about aesthetics/medical devices, and how good I was at building relationships. They also really cared about whether I'd fit in with the team and if I had a growth mindset, plus how I'd tackle business development in Ireland. It was all very open, and they gave me clear feedback quickly, which made the whole thing a great experience.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted by an internal recruiter from Hydra Facial and had an initial phone call, after which I was invited to a Teams interview. So far, so good. However, during the interview, I was asked some presumptuous questions that don't belong in an interview. Specific questions about the sales organization were not answered; instead, they expected me to bare my soul and perhaps even reveal information about my current company. Afterwards, I wondered if the job was the real focus or if this was about gathering information.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Why am I looking to change companies "again"?
