Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process had four rounds. First, an HR round to discuss my background, experience, and what I was looking for. Second, a technical round asking about hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads and other paid media channels, campaign structuring, and performance tracking. Third, a round with the product team to understand how I align paid campaigns with product goals. Finally, a strategic round with the CMO about big-picture planning, growth, and scaling paid media efforts. Overall, it was structured and smooth.

Great, engaging process. The recruiting team really went the extra mile to keep me informed about the process and the timeline, answer any questions I had, and arrange a series of meetings with people from different teams, including the executive team.
