First, a quick 15-minute chat with the recruiter. Then, a video call for about 30 minutes to an hour with the direct manager. After that, an in-person meeting with a higher-level manager, lasting 30 minutes to an hour. They'll let you know about an offer within the week, and if you accept, your first day would be the following week.

I interviewed with the hiring manager. She was very nice and friendly. The first interview went well and lasted approximately 1.5 hours. I left feeling great. A couple days later, HR emailed me to take an online assessment test. Then I was emailed back and asked to return for a second interview. I met with the rest of the department and was asked to take an excel assessment test. I was told I did great and would just need to come back in once more to meet with the President. I was lead to believe that was the last step in the hiring process and then it was a done deal. I was still feeling pretty confident that I would get an offer from them only to never hear from them again.

I spoke with a recruiter first, who was lovely, and the actual face-to-face interview with her was very positive. The next interviewer, however, was extremely rude from the start. She seemed to have made up her mind before I even began, implying I couldn't handle stress, despite my 25 years of experience as an admin/executive assistant and being known as "The Fixer" for my steady performance under pressure. The entire interview felt like an attack, focusing on how I "couldn't handle stress," which is easy for me when it's work-related, but not when it's personal or political. It was the nastiest, most calculating interview I've ever had. Thankfully, they didn't offer me the job.

I applied and within a week, I got a call from HR. After two calls from HR, two phone interviews were scheduled, and a final interview with the merchandiser was set up. The whole process took about two months. On the day of the interview, I got there early and only waited 5 minutes before the merchandiser and the senior designer came to get me. The interview lasted about 1 hour and 30 minutes. They didn't offer me any water. The merchandiser had a booklet of questions, which I think are standard company requirements, and then she and the designer asked me their own questions. She mentioned they were looking for someone who could be like a sister, which I really liked. She also said, 'It's been 2 years since we worked a Saturday, we usually stay about 30 minutes maximum a day.' Later, I found out I was misled about many things. There was also a skills test before the in-person interview.
