I had a zoom interview with a recruiter first. Then, I had a zoom interview with the controller and HR manager. It seemed to go well, but I was denied. They then invited me to apply for a different position that was a bit outside my experience, saying they were impressed and thought I would be a good fit. I interviewed for that role and was denied again. The original job I applied for opened up again after about 2 months. I told the recruiter I was still interested, and they said I could reapply. I was denied a third time. I have 5 years of experience. It feels like they strung me along for no reason. Based on other reviews, this seems typical, and it sounds like a terrible place to work with many nepotism offers.

The process was pleasant, there was no pressure, and the atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable. It started with questions about family situation, then about previous experience in past jobs, then they explained what the company does. Then they asked me to come the next day if I was interested.
