The interview process was pretty good, with the HR team communicating well and giving clear instructions for what was next. The interviewers were nice, respectful, and easy to talk to. There was a basic screening call, a technical round, and then a final round with HR.

It was less than 10 minutes. I walked in and was judged on my looks. I was asked two questions. The interviewer commented on my shoes, even though I dressed business casual and wasn't told to wear closed-toed shoes. Then she asked if I could lift 50 pounds, questioning me again when I said yes. She just stared at me with a fake smile when I tried to talk about my experience. On the way out, she commented on my height. The interview was all about my looks. Very disappointing.

The interview process was structured as a "Hiring Seminar," which was quite different from my previous experiences. I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet with the Hiring VP and her close associate. I thought they did an excellent job explaining the company and the role. I would definitely consider working there if I'm offered the position.

I had a couple of interviews for this role. First, I spoke with the Branch Manager, and then I met with the Senior Vice President. The position would report to both of them. They both asked me about my past experience and how it would be a good fit for this job.
