A few months ago I joined this company and I'm very pleased with my decision. The interview process isn't easy, but they put a lot of effort into making sure the people hired are a good fit for both the company and the individual. They don't hire people who haven't worked hard in their lives. They want people who are extremely driven and motivated, so you end up working with some really smart and hard-working people. As for what to expect, anticipate many questions about why you want to be a recruitment consultant, how you deal with failure, etc. They really ensure you understand exactly what you're getting into, and they'll answer any questions you have about the team, the role, etc. I think the negative reviews below are the exception rather than the rule – I've had several friends interview here and while most were rejected, they didn't find the interview process extremely negative. Honestly, I had many other interviews and offers, and I know I made the best decision. The reason the interview process is so tough is because they want to invest a lot of time and energy into the people they bring on. If you think this is wrong, this probably isn't the company for you anyway.
- Tell me about your most successful moment in life.
- Describe a time you expected to succeed, but failed.
- How did you handle that failure?

The initial recruiter call with HR was great, but coming into the office was a different story. I noticed four other candidates waiting, which gave me a sense of a high turnover environment. Despite some unprofessional behavior from the interviewers (like chewing gum and looking out the window during my presentation, which I had prepared copies for), one person did advise against working there. This happened while I was employed and looking for new opportunities, and I had already received three other offers, including one I accepted, so my suitability wasn't the issue. This company seems to have a very unprofessional culture.
- Imagine you needed to recruit someone for a basketball game back in school. How would you go about it?

I applied online, and then a recruiter from the company called me to ask a few initial questions. After that, I was scheduled for an in-person meeting at their Hong Kong office. During the meeting, I interviewed with four different people, each one after the other. Two of them were quite rude – one questioned my decision to be self-employed and insulted my small business, while another called me a 'princess' and suggested I wouldn't be suited for recruitment. To top it off, one of the interviewers actually told a friend of mine about my interview.
