It was a competitive process. Not much info initially about the role. Had a few selection stages. An HR agency handled everything. Included a personal interview and a theoretical test. The agency informed us of the result in the final phase.

So getting into the facility was a mess. You had to call a number for the gate, which went to voicemail. Then I tried calling my interviewer, also voicemail. Then HR, also voicemail. Waited 20 mins, then someone let me in. Then there was a sign saying go to another building, but I had to walk through a shipping yard to get there. When I got there, they said the sign was wrong and to go back to the first building and ring a doorbell. The doorbell was broken, and nobody came. I waited 10 more minutes, and someone saw me and let me in. My interview started late because of all that.

The recruitment process included an HR interview and a technical interview via Teams, followed by a final onsite interview with the HR Director and another technical assessment. The onsite meeting started over 35 minutes late. Not reimbursing travel expenses for those coming from far away can be a downside, especially for recent graduates. Overall, the process was well-structured, but it would be good if the company considered these logistical points to improve the candidate experience.

The interview had 3 stages. First was a phone call with HR, second was with an online engineer, and the third was in person. The first two interviews were fine. They asked some questions about my experience and knowledge. The third in-person interview was weird. I think they asked me only one question. I had already interviewed one of the people I met there for the second round, but that was more of a conversation. I wasn't sure what they were looking for, to be honest. It felt a bit like they had already chosen a candidate before I even came. The interview started with a tour, which I engaged in, but when we sat down to talk, they had no questions for me. I had questions for them, but there was only so much leading I could do.
