The interview process was straightforward and simple. While it took a while and was time-consuming, it was ultimately easy. I appreciated that the interviewer was upfront and truthful about the job. The environment was somewhat hectic, which made the process a bit stressful, but it was still manageable.

It was a short interview, not too many questions, and it wasn't really a professional interview. They pretty much offered me the job on the spot. The owner was a bit intimidating. They lied about raises and said they were starting everyone off at the same wage, which turned out to be a lie too.

They asked typical interview questions. Past work experience, education, transportation ability, etc. It was important for them to know if I had experience baking or decorating desserts before. They also asked if I had another job and if I’d be able to keep up with having more than one job if I accepted this position.

The hiring process here was incredibly disorganized. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, particularly minors, because the pay is bad and unfair. There's also sexual harassment allowed at work, and they don't fix problems.
