I found the job on Indeed and applied online. Then, I had an in-person interview about a week later. It was pretty straightforward and a relaxed chat. My background directing a learning center made it a really enjoyable experience.

I had a 10 minute phone call that was followed by a one hour in person interview. The recruiter was really enthusiastic and wanted to bring me in for an in person interview, so I felt super confident I'd at least get to round 2. I applied for a Learning Assistant role, but they thought I was managing director material. The interview was a bunch of questions read from a script by the interviewer while she took notes. I didn't stumble on any question because I have tons of client service managerial experience, I'm a licensed teacher, and I've worked for another major testing center, so I was really comfortable answering.

The interview process involves traveling to Oradell, NJ, for an initial meeting with a recruiter, followed by an interview with an operations manager closer to your location. If you're hired, the company covers your hotel and food expenses for a 2-3 week training period in Oradell, NJ. After this initial training, there's an additional several weeks of training at another center, but you won't know your final placement location until just before it happens.
