They asked me a bunch of questions about my job. Then they asked about my career aspirations and my motivation for joining their company. They also inquired about my long-term objectives and my strategy for achieving them.

Project Manager
I had two interviews, one with the VP of Construction and another with the on-site Manager. We talked mainly about my previous experience, why I wanted to leave my old job, and why I was interested in joining this company.
