The interview process was easy and consisted of behavioral questions with the Dean and the team in the office. It was amazing! Practice is key. It's fairly simple, but practice and showing teamwork will guarantee you the job.

I went through two interviews for this role. The first one was with a group of five staff members, and the second one was with the Director of Admissions and an Assistant Dean. I thought the interviews went well and the Director seemed to think so too, as they were encouraging. However, after that, I never heard back from them. I tried emailing and calling, but nothing. They even reposted the job online. It really didn't leave a good impression.

I was invited for an on-campus interview. I met with faculty members before giving a teaching demonstration. Overall, the process was smooth. However, the reimbursement process for my move took about 3 months, which was quite annoying. The reimbursement for my actual move took almost 7 months. The people were good, but the administrative side is really difficult and discouraging for anyone who isn't financially secure.
