After an initial HR screen, I had discussions with a hiring manager and then went through the interview process. But, after doing some digging, I found out some stuff that makes me think I should have backed out earlier. First off, the interviews with people who seemed to be peers from other teams didn't really ask anything important for the job, which felt pretty casual and maybe not so professional. Then, the on-site interview with the hiring team showed they didn't know much about the industry or how to interview people, which made me question their professionalism even more. Plus, when I tried to tell the hiring manager what I thought after the interview, they didn't even respond. Based on how it went and what others have said online, I'd tell experienced people to steer clear if they're thinking about this job because it seems like a really bad place to work.

I had a phone interview with the CBO first. After that, I went into the office for interviews with three people: the RCM manager, the Director, and Credentialing management.

I filled out an application on the website. Then, I was met in the front lobby and walked to the office. It was a big, nice, clean office. I sat across from the hiring manager, with no desk in between. It felt comfortable and I had no issues.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. Started with some behavior and personality questions about yourself, then moved into how you handle difficult situations. They also asked about your strengths and weaknesses. Then there was a question about a difficult coworker and how you handled it. It concluded with board panel and peer interviews.
