I really liked the people I interviewed with at first, the interview process was great. However, I think it's super unprofessional to ask Graphic Design candidates to do a lot of work for an assessment and then not respond at all. I had to make a flyer, social posts, and an eblast all by myself just to be considered. Even putting that aside, it's unacceptable to ghost people after they've done work for free.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Complete an assessment by building social posts, a flyer, and an eblast for the company.

I had a recruiter call which went well, then a call with the hiring manager which also seemed to go well. After that, there was a panel of other asset managers, but I never heard back. I'd try again.

I went through several interviews for this Community Director role. The interviews got progressively more detailed, and they really dug into leadership, how I build teams, manage external partnerships, and financial responsibilities. The whole process felt pretty smooth and the timeline was reasonable before they made their final decision.

There were two interviews: one with the warehouse supervisor and then the maintenance director. The questions were mostly the same, but the maintenance director had to give the final approval. The interviews were conducted via Zoom and took a bit of time because they wanted specific examples.
