The interview started off alright, but the interviewer began discussing a different role. I had to clarify the specific position I was interviewing for. They acknowledged the mistake and shifted focus. The interviewer seemed a bit unfocused. I also felt uncomfortable when they commented on a physical change from my LinkedIn photo, which was taken a few years ago. I did update it recently because I wasn't sure if having a very current photo was important.

The first round had a lot of shotgun questions. This company really needs to improve its interviewing approach; simply firing off questions isn't effective. Interviewing should be more conversational and allow for candidate input. They should update their process to be more engaging and interactive.

It started with a really chill phone screen, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. That involved meeting with three different people from the team. Everyone was super nice and asked great questions to learn about me and my background. They made me feel really comfortable!

got contacted by a recruiter and went all the way to the third round of interviews. everyone I met was nice, but what left a bad taste was they ghosted me after the final stage. i was told they'd get back to me within two weeks. after three weeks i reached out to the recruiter, didn't hear back. a week later i reached out to one of my interviewers. still no response. i found this to be unprofessional.
