After you submit your application online, you'll have an in-store interview with the district manager. Then, there's a phone interview with HR. Each interview is about 20 minutes. The district manager interview involves running through scenarios. After that, they'll call you to let you know if you've made it to the next stage. The second stage is a phone interview with the HR manager, who will ask you behavioral questions. You should prepare some basic answers beforehand, or you'll regret it.
