It was a quick and easy interview. They don't have a lot of requirements, you just gotta be willing to learn. We talked a bit about when you can work, what you're interested in, and your past experiences. It was pretty chill, no stress. You'll get a response fast, and if it works out, you're hired! Good if you want to start something new without any hassle.

I started this job as a regular employee inside the restaurant, handling phone calls, making food, and helping customers. The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied by going into the restaurant and asking about openings. Then, I filled out an application and was hired a few days later after one interview with the owner. The interview itself was very simple. My work history explained most of what I had done and learned (this was important). But a key part of the interview was when they asked about my dreams and future. I said, 'I want to own my own restaurant someday.' This showed ambition, and it also came from a lot of restaurant experience, showing I was prepared and committed. I began at the very bottom and became the general manager in six months.

It was pretty straightforward. They asked me why I wanted to work there and what the steps were to get started with them. I was also asked about any prior experience I had in the food industry and my general feelings about working in that sector.

The people are great and seem genuinely interested in your success, not just throwing you into a tough spot. The company has a clear path to success and helps employees grow internally if they want to. They can even pursue ownership opportunities as they arise.
