- Describe your strengths and weaknesses.
Substitute Teacher
The interview happened at the admin office. A few days later, I got an email with an offer. After accepting, I had to complete orientation and some training modules. The orientation was a group thing.
- What motivates you to become a substitute teacher?
- Can you describe your prior experience in teaching or related roles?
- What are your general availability and scheduling constraints?
Child Nutrition Specialist
The hiring process is faster compared to other school districts. They'll reach out to you within a week of applying. You'll get a quick rundown of the job in a group setting (they're always hiring). Then, there will be individual interviews where they tell you right away if you got the job. After that, you'll be set up for training, assuming you pass your drug test.
- How does your role as a Child Nutrition Specialist benefit students' daily learning?
Paraeducator
It was a really straightforward interview process. They gave me a call to set up the interview. When I arrived, I was met by the principal and four other people, which was unexpected, but I managed to stay calm. They asked pretty basic questions, as expected for a para position.
- How would you manage students who are not behaving?
