First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HUMANeX Ventures.
Consultant
I had over 50 questions fired at me back to back with no feedback. It didn't feel like a conversation at all, very impersonal. It was like an oral test, and the questions were really difficult. The interview was almost an hour long and got harder towards the end.
- Can you describe your code of ethics?
Client Service Representative
It was a long process, starting with an assessment, then phone interviews, a structured interview, and finally a few in-person or zoom interviews. Make sure to dress professionally. Be ready with real-life examples. Take your time to think before answering, and don't feel pressured to answer immediately.
- Can you provide some adjectives that describe your personality?
- In your opinion, what defines success?
Research Analyst
So, the company uses its own tools, kinda based on the Conscientiousness part of the Big Five Personality Model. It's like structured interviews with a bunch of questions to see how you stack up on different things. It really helps if you have examples and info about specific times you did stuff.
- Tell me about a time you showed conscientiousness.
- How do your answers show you have a certain trait?
- Give an example of when you used common sense to respond.
Client Service Intern
First, there was an online personality assessment. Then, a phone screening with personality-based questions. After that, a longer phone screening with scenario-based questions. This was followed by a video interview with potential manager coaches. Finally, there was an interview with the CEO and potentially more executives.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated initiative?
