Got an email asking about my availability for a phone call, which was supposed to be an initial screening. But this "screening" turned out to be a full-on interview with the recruiter, lasting about 45 minutes. I actually cut my answers short because I was getting annoyed. The recruiter kept asking the same question like 7 times, just worded differently. It was so weird, felt like I was going crazy. I eventually got annoyed and was like, "can I just use the same answer as that is the same question but worded differently?" She didn't seem happy I called her out on it. She seemed to be reading from a script, but the conversation and the repeated questions just didn't flow or weren't relevant to the job after the second time. It was one of the most confusing and unprofessional "screening calls" I've ever had. Also, FYI, the pay they posted is about 20-30K below market average.

It was a professional interview, and they asked a lot of different types of questions and gave me a lot of information about the job so we could both see if it was a good fit. I met a couple of people I would be working with. They both really seemed to care about the organization and the work I would be doing.
