Huma Interview Questions
& Process

You'll start out as a pilot, either with Air France or Transavia, flying medium-haul planes as a First Officer. From there, you'll move up to long-haul aircraft, and eventually become a Captain. You'll build your skills daily on one of the world's most extensive flight networks. After that, you can use your expertise within the company, maybe as a flight instructor or in management roles within Air Operations.

The interview process was surprisingly fast and efficient, with a very involved and committed HR team. I received prompt responses to all my communications. The top tech specialists at Huma had a practical and open approach during the technical interviews. They focused on relevant topics, clearly explained the project's workings, team structure, and role expectations. They were also accessible after the interviews to answer any further questions. I definitely recommend them; it was a positive experience with a friendly atmosphere.

My interview process had a few parts. First, a quick chat with the Head of People. Then, I met the Head of People again, along with another Talent Partner and someone from the Commercial & Operations team for a face-to-face. Next, I had an interview with the CEO and Head of Commercial & Operations. Finally, I gave a presentation to the Head of People and Head of Commercial & Operations. The whole experience was actually pretty enjoyable, and the team was super open about what it's like to join this rapidly growing startup. Because of that, I figured the process wouldn't be super rigid, and I was fine with whatever came up. They were also really flexible with my schedule, scheduling interviews early or late to fit around my work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the interviews were some of the most relaxed and natural I've ever had.

The interview process had a few interviews, all of which were very pleasant, professional and valuable. The first interview was for introductions and to confirm some resume details. The second was a longer talk with my potential colleagues, where they asked good questions to assess my skills, knowledge, and suitability for the role. I felt the job and responsibilities were made clear. The third interview was with the senior team who would be my supervisors, after which I received an offer. Any remaining questions were quickly addressed, and the contract was signed 4 weeks after applying. I was happy with the process and people, and felt comfortable asking more questions. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I was very happy to get the offer and accepted.
