It was a pretty basic screening process. They asked me general questions like to introduce myself, why I was interested in Huhtamaki, and specifically why I wanted to work in manufacturing engineering. The interview process had three rounds of very intricate questions. It moved very fast, with two of the interviews happening in the same week. I didn't get the offer because of how I answered the very last question in the final round interview, which was about relocation.

The interviewer was really nice and the chat felt very casual, not like a formal interview at all. I was in the middle of relocating to the country where the company has an open position, and the interviewer mentioned they'd wait for me to settle in before reaching out again. I honestly thought I'd missed my chance, but they did get back in touch about the job! Sadly, I couldn't proceed due to visa issues and the relocation process. Still, I'm hopeful our paths might cross again someday.
