After an initial email exchange sets up an interview with HR, they'll kick things off by giving you the lowdown on the company. Then, you'll be facing a series of one-on-one interviews with 4 or 5 different people. Each of these interviews will run for about 30 minutes, and the whole thing will last around 4 hours. Expect typical Redhat, Networking, and RF type questions. It genuinely felt like a great place to work, with really good people and a positive work culture.

- There were mostly Linux and CCNA questions, with a few RF ones thrown in.
- The systems engineers asked some trickier questions that I found to be more challenging.
- These questions were essentially mathematical and logical, but framed in a way that makes you second-guess yourself and make it harder than it needs to be.

The first round was a phone interview which was just a primary screening. They told me to brush up on pandas and SQL. Also to learn some bash and network troubleshooting. So the next two weeks I spent learning bash and network troubleshooting just to get ghosted. The hiring manager will answer their phone or email. Very frustrating experience
