Behavioral Technical Coding

I met the recruiter at my university college fair and then applied online. A couple weeks later, she emailed me asking for a phone interview. The interview was mostly about my projects, but there were also some technical questions. After that, I got a code challenge, and once I submitted it, I got an offer within three weeks. The process wasn't as tough as at places like Google or Amazon.
