Behavioral Technical

First, there was an HR interview, and then a technical interview with the team lead. The technical interview checked my general electronics knowledge. They don't expect you to have prior experience with their specific technologies if you're a good professional. Overall, it was an efficient and good experience with both HR and the technical team.

Behavioral Technical

There were two interviews in total (one digital and one in person). Both interviews had a pleasant atmosphere. The first feedback was also very timely (within a few days). The final decision after the second interview only came after asking and was a bit delayed (more than 2 weeks).

Technical Coding

It was a 3 round process. First, an HR call, then two technical rounds. The whole thing took over 6 weeks, and honestly, it was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. The HR set up the technical interview, but the interviewer showed up 30 minutes late. The interview lasted over an hour, focusing heavily on RTOS and C programming. The interviewer kept interrupting and trying to trip me up. They then scheduled a second C programming round where they asked some basic questions. After waiting another 4 weeks, they finally told me they weren't interested. The HR's behavior was really unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical Coding

We had an open discussion covering my personal and professional background. Then, there was a technical problem-solving section where I had to find an efficient solution. After and during solving the problem, they asked more about the problem's specifics, the underlying theory, terminology, and my general approach to problem-solving.
