Standard three round interview process. One interview had multiple interviewers. I felt like the job description didn't really mention the criteria for hiring. For instance, this wasn't a management role, but they kept bringing up leadership and management concepts as if it was a requirement, and they even cited that as a reason I wasn't hired.

It was a really professional and pleasant interview experience. I first met with two managers for about an hour, and then had a follow-up meeting with another manager. It wasn't high-pressure or overly technical. They seemed focused on ensuring I'd be a good cultural fit for the company.

It was very unprofessional! The first phone interview, the hr rep said they were close to picking someone, so she offered me an interview for a part-time position. I had to ask to still do the interview for the full-time position I applied for. I was sent to two different locations and after three interviews, I was offered a part-time position, but I applied for a full-time teller role. Everyone I spoke with was either really deceptive or judgmental. The process took over a month for just the three interviews, and they still offered me a part-time job. I declined because I couldn't imagine working for a company that advertised six different teller positions while I was applying over the past month.

Behavioral Other

The interview had 3 people. One person was late by 15 minutes. The other two didn't talk much. It was awkward and they seemed unsure. The late person asked standard questions. When I asked questions, the lead person seemed uninterested and the others had nothing to say. They said they'd update me next week. I withdrew my application because of the unprofessionalism. It made me wonder about working there.
