Coordinator
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone screening call, then there were two virtual interviews with the team. It moved pretty slowly though, and after the last interview, I never heard back. I even followed up with the recruiter twice to get an update, but they ghosted me. It would have been better if they had just told me I wasn't selected instead of leaving me hanging.
