Had a phone interview with the supervisor, they asked about my experience. Then I had an in-person interview with two people in the role. They asked accounting questions, and also my biggest strengths and what I could bring to the team.

Standard analyst interview process. Had several virtual behavioral/fit interviews, then a in-person 'superday' in LA with an Excel test. I paid for my own flight to LA, had what I thought was a great interview, but then heard absolutely nothing back, not even from HR. I tried calling and emailing, but still no response.

After submitting my application, I had a phone interview, and then the process was finalized with an in-person interview. I met with both the Senior Property Manager and the Assistant Property Manager at their office, and we talked for about 30 minutes total.

Due to Covid, all interviews besides the initial recruiter call were conducted via Skype. The recruiter was very professional and helpful. The first two interviews were one-on-one with members of the Comms team, which I enjoyed. The final interview was a group session on Skype with one of the previous interviewers and two new people. This is when it started to feel a bit like a 'sorority.' While they were all nice, it seemed they were close friends and looking for someone who would fit in perfectly with their existing dynamic.
