I sent in my resume and cover letter and they got back to me super fast to set up a meeting. I had a 1:1 chat with the director where they asked about what issues I was interested in and why, and what drew me to this place. It was really friendly, and I was offered the job right there on site.

It was a single round phone interview with Mr. Walters and Mrs. Mackey. They mostly asked about the application materials, especially the personal statement. The writing sample questions were pretty tough and designed to make me think on my feet.
