Got a phone interview with HR first, who then set up a meeting with the school director(s). They were really open about what they expected and the salary/benefits. Both chats were about 30 minutes each, including time for questions, and everyone was super nice and seemed genuinely interested in my background.

I sent in my resume and cover letter. Then I had a chat with the Clinical Director. We talked about my past academic and clinical work. It was a pretty straightforward interview, they just wanted to get a feel for who I am as a person, which makes sense for a mental health clinic.
