First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hudson Guild.
Receptionist
The interview was quick and easy, really straight to the point. It was a virtual interview that was scheduled and conducted pretty fast. The questions weren't too hard and the onboarding process is pretty simple.
- What is your availability?
Manager
The interview process was professional and very to the point. Everyone I interviewed with was very polite. Everything was explained completely. Management was great, I would definitely work for them again if I had the chance.
- How did you find out about us?
- Can you describe your supervisory abilities?
Teacher
Got a phone interview with HR first, who then set up a meeting with the school director(s). They were really open about what they expected and the salary/benefits. Both chats were about 30 minutes each, including time for questions, and everyone was super nice and seemed genuinely interested in my background.
- In what ways would you manage disagreements with colleagues?
Clinical Social Worker
I sent in my resume and cover letter. Then I had a chat with the Clinical Director. We talked about my past academic and clinical work. It was a pretty straightforward interview, they just wanted to get a feel for who I am as a person, which makes sense for a mental health clinic.
- Why did you decide to pursue a career in this area?
