Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hudl.
Intern
There were 2 rounds of interviews, but no technical questions were asked. They wanted to get to know me better and understand why I thought I'd be a good fit for Hudl. Overall, it was a really good and productive process.
- Can you give an example of how you've demonstrated a willingness to learn?
Intern
I first connected with a recruiter via email. Then, a Hudl employee called me out of the blue to set up an interview for later that week. They seem to prefer phone calls over phone tag. The interview itself was a video chat with two interviewers. It was a really conversational interview, not the typical Q&A with the interviewer. After our scheduled 30 minutes were up, we were still talking, so they asked if I could stay for another 30 minutes to extend the interview.
- Where do you think Hudl has room to grow or get better soon?
- Can you give a quick summary of yourself?
Intern
It was a phone interview and was pretty simple, they asked normal questions that don't require a lot of prep. Apparently there was another stage I didn't make it to.
- Can you introduce yourself?
