First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Huckabee.
Structural Engineer
We had 3 rounds for the interview. I had casual chats with people on different levels. They got back to me quickly and the whole thing took about 2-3 weeks from applying to getting the offer. It was a really relaxed and good experience.
- Can you list the software you've used?
- What kind of projects have you worked on?
Project Associate
So first there was a phone screening, then a video interview, then another phone call, and then finally an offer letter. Took about a month and a half total. It was pretty standard for big architecture firms.
- Can you tell me about your years of relevant experience and what you did?
- What were your specific responsibilities in your relevant experience?
Architectural Associate
The interview process was longer than usual, with over 4 interviews before an offer was extended. The interviewers were not always direct colleagues but were part of the resource team. The final interview included an architect.
- What is the status of your architectural license application process?
